Wrenn constructed this two-story retail building from the ground up. The building has a steel frame with Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) and masonry exterior walls. Wrenn coordinated activities with an adjacent contractor, simultaneously building another retail facility, avoiding conflict for both. The interior work included a glass and steel ornamental stair and the creation of all of the room settings for this furniture outlet. All was ready for the national retailer to bring in their merchandise for the store's grand opening.
