Village Shoppes of Salem
This multi-tenanted retail project started with the challenge of completing the entire scope of work, including interior tenant finishes, in a six-month timeframe. Adding to the challenge was a complete redesign of the exterior facade after the start of foundations, as well as numerous individual tenant changes. Wrenn met all of the client's requirements by working closely with our subcontractors and creatively addressing project sequencing.
