Target
This construction management project, included the razing of an existing 90,000-square-foot retail building and extensive off-site improvements such as road-widening, intersection upgrades and over 1/4 mile of 36" storm-drain piping. The project was further challenged when owner approvals caused a two-month delay to a nine-month schedule. The Wrenn team worked with the owner and subcontractors to expedite the schedule and meet Target's original completion dates.
