Filene's
As a freestanding building attached to an existing regional mall, construction took place during ongoing mall operations. A high-end retailer, Filene's required a great deal of exterior and interior finish work. Wrenn played an important role in coordinating construction crews and the owner's fixturing contractors, resulting in a very successful grand opening.
