Outpatient Rehabilitation Center
Wrenn has performed multiple projects for Beverly Hospital, including construction of the Outpatient Rehabilitation Center at their Hunt Center facility and the conversion of a former bowling alley providing Beverly Hospital with offices for the Visiting Nurses Associaion. In thirty days, Wrenn delivered this fast-track project with a GMP contract that included design-build mechanical and electrical subcontractors working two shifts, seven days per week.
