Molex Premise Networks
Molex Premise Networks facility combined the functionality of a light manufacturing / warehouse building with the pleasing aesthetic qualities of a corporate headquarters. As construction manager, Wrenn worked closely with the owner and architect to develop a budget that meet the owner's needs and also allowed the architect to create an interesting structure. The result of this close collaboration is a unique and efficient facility.
